These terms apply to all bookings made with Fayakun Travel. Please read them before you pay a deposit. Your written quote and itinerary form part of your agreement with us.
1. Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are “from” prices per person and are a guide only. Airfares and hotel rates change with availability; your price is confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
2. Deposits and payment
A deposit secures your seats and rooms. The balance is due before tickets are issued, as stated on your quote. Receipts are issued for every payment.
3. Visas and documents
We process Umrah e-visas and mandatory insurance on your behalf. Visa approval is decided by the Saudi authorities. Passports must be valid for at least six months from your travel date.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes requested after booking may carry airline or hotel fees. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on supplier rules, and are shown on your quote.
5. Hotels
If a listed hotel becomes unavailable, we will offer a hotel of an equal or higher category. Walking times shown on our website are approximate.
6. Travel insurance
The Saudi medical insurance included with your visa is limited. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
